Visible Mending & Felting with Margaret Nolan Join Galway artist Margaret Nolan for a beautiful workshop exploring the art of visible mending through wool felting.

Margaret has spent decades creating and teaching art within the Galway community. In this studio session she shares her knowledge of felting techniques that allow garments to be repaired, strengthened and creatively transformed.

Sometimes clothes simply need gentle repair. Other times they need colour, texture and a little joy added back in. Visible mending celebrates both.

Bring a garment that needs love — a jumper with a hole, a worn sleeve, or a favourite piece that deserves a new life.

Participants will learn how to repair fabric using wool fibres while adding colour and texture that turns mending into something expressive and beautiful.

Tea, conversation and creativity are always part of the studio atmosphere.
