Mens Mend EU Erasmus Session

Men’s Mend Monday is part of the LIVVS_Archive creative project supported through a European Solidarity initiative.

Every Monday the studio opens its doors to the lads behind the project, creating space to learn practical mending skills, develop confidence with clothing, and build a creative community around fashion, sustainability and self-expression.

Led by Max, head stylist at the studio, with support from Margaret, an experienced tailor and maker, this session welcomes anyone who wants to repair, restyle or revive their clothes.

Sometimes your clothes need a little grá, sometimes they need a little bling. In this studio we do both.

Bring along jeans, jackets, knitwear or anything that needs fixing, altering or reinventing. You'll learn practical techniques while sharing tea, conversation and creativity with others in the studio.

Guest artists occasionally join the session, including:

• Margaret Nolan – artist and felting specialist

• Barbara – embellishment and creative textile magic

This is a relaxed and welcoming studio environment where fashion, craft and community come together.

Limited to 11 participants per session so everyone gets support.

It’s a welcoming creative space where clothes are repaired, re styled and re designed, ideas are shared, and community forms naturally around the table.

Tea, conversation and creativity always included.
